In projects relating to mergers & acquisitions as well as the composition and implementation of restructuring measures, we often collaborate with the management consultancy company Acorbis GmbH.
To ensure our tax-specific knowledge is always up to date, we regularly attend courses, workshops and lectures organized by Steuerberaterverband Berlin-Brandenburg.
For the auditing of annual reports, performing due diligence assignments and in developing accounting measures we are supported by auditor Julia C. Klose.
In daily business and particularly projects dealing with business law issues, we cooperate with the attorneys at law Kornbrust und Wollschlaeger.
Our membership in Datev eG enables us to fulfill all IT- and communication requirements a tax consultant has to meet.
